*We charge $50 for shipping most domestic orders. Any large orders or wholesale orders will be priced accordingly.
We ship every week on Tuesday & Wednesday ONLY. If shipping is requested on Monday or Thursday we are NOT liable for ANY delays due to UPS being unreliable on those days with delays specifically. Deadline for orders shipped out on Wednesday is Tuesday 10PM EST. Any orders placed after that will be processed and shipped the following Tuesday. If you have any preference on day please add it in the notes on the order.
To avoid any mix ups, please double check your address before checking out completely. This will ensure your coral arrives on time, as healthy as it was when it left our facility.
We offer local pickup/delivery to the tri state area, as well as jersey on orders over $200. Standard delivery fee same day in NYC or NJ is $75. Please reach out via email or our Instagram to inquire!
Local Pick Up
Local Pick up is available in Staten Island NY. Please email us to schedule a date. All pick ups are FINAL. Please inspect coral upon picking up to make sure it's what you purchased. If any issues we can resolve it on the spot. Once you leave the premises we are not liable for your purchase any loner.
D.O.A Policy
For D.O.A coral(s) due to shipping delays via FedEx, UPS or Delta Cargo, we will issue a credit towards your next purchase. Credit can not be applied to shipping fees. There will be no guarantee for pick up orders. Please carefully examine the coral(s) before leaving our store premise.
1. If there is any D.O.A., you MUST contact us within 2 hours of actual delivery time for first delivery attempts. Anything submitted after the first 2 hours will not be guaranteed, Any delay or exception for first delivery attempt will not be guaranteed. Delay caused by incorrect shipping address provided to us will not be guaranteed.
2. DO NOT REMOVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING/SEAL. Contact us immediately with clear pictures on arrival of the dead coral.
3. DO NOT THROW OUT THE CORAL(S) until we give you permission.
4. You will be asked to provide more pictures under white or blue lights if necessary.
5. If everything checks out, credit or replacement(s) will be issued on next order.
No refunds or returns will be given. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer must pay for replacement coral shipping. Store credits cannot be used on sale items or with coupon codes.
Chargebacks for partial or entire order including shipping without contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud.
FOR AUCTION WINS THERE IS ONLY A 24 HR LIVESTOCK GUARANTEE. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS MUST BE SENT WITHIN THIS WINDOW TO BEST ACCOMODATE YOU WITH STORE CREDIT. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT AFTER 24 HOURS HAS PASSED

We will no longer be responsible if a mushroom disconnects during shipping. PLEASE have a shroom box, or some sort of container to place them in if this occurs. Thank you!

IF YOU ASK FOR A PAYMENT EXTENSION OVER 24HOURS YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A 30% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR US TO HOLD YOUR CORALS. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED WHEN YOU ARE READY TO PAY IN FULL!
*IF BY ANY CHANCE WE SHIP THE WRONG VARIANT OF CORAL, WE WILL APPLY 50% STORE CREDIT TOWARDS THE PURCHASE AND YOU KEEP THE CORAL. OTHERWISE CORAL NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED BACK FOR FULL REFUND*
